Office Close for China's National Day Holiday 2019

Please note: Tuesday, October 1st through Monday, October 7th are company holidays (National Day Holiday) for many of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Monday, October 8th when most of our team returns.

In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.

You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order as soon as we come back on Monday, October 8th. Since the holiday is long and please expect some slight delay in response, sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your support and patience.
