2020 Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Arrangement

Please note: Thursday, June 25th through Saturday, June 27th are company holidays (Dragon Boat Festival Holiday) for many of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Sunday, June 28th when most of our team returns.
In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.
You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order as soon as we come back on Sunday, June 28th. Please expect some slight delay in response on Monday, sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your support and patience.
