2023 Chinese New Year Holiday and Discount

Please note: Wednesday, January 18th through Friday, January 27th are company holidays (Chinese New Year Holiday) for all of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Saturday, January 27th when most of our team returns.

In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.

You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order . We offer limited service during the holiday and we will handle the sales and billing emails twice a week to help you with ordering questions.
